At Neighbor, we want you to love your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 45 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble your furniture and place all components back into their original packaging to ensure items are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box, removing any old shipping stickers.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
